Shipping Policy
We try to charge actual shipping charges, there are no hidden fees of any kind. Shipping is automatically calculated by our shopping cart which connects to USPS/UPS database and pulls correct quote based on item's weight. Please do understand that shipping company's scale might show a slightly different weight and actual shipping charges might be a bit lower or higher. If actual shipping charges will be higher then what we originally charged you, we will cover the extra amount at out cost, you will not be charged extra. In an unlikely event when actual shipping will be dramatically lower then what we charged, we will gladly issue the refund for the extra amount we charged. Please read our FAQ for more information.
We try to ship orders on the same / next business day after its received and processed. However during holiday season or when we are overwhelmed with orders, this might slow down a bit, but no more then 3 business days after receiving the order.
Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS, but we also offer UPS shipping inside of the USA if that's what you prefer. Please see below for available services:
Inside of the USA(scroll down for International shipping)
USPS First Class Mail - envelopes and parcels with a maximum weight of 13 ounces. Delivery time depends on the distance and could take as long as 14 days if you are on another coast (though from our experience, most of the packages will be delivered within 10 days). No insurance or delivery confirmation number.
USPS Parcel Post - USPS's most commonly used service to deliver packages and envelopes weighing more then 13 ounces inside of the USA. This service comes with delivery confirmation number, but no insurance.
USPS Priority Mail - speedy shipping service with 2 day delivery almost anywhere in the US. This service comes with delivery confirmation number, but no insurance.
USPS Express Mail – USPS’s express service, with most of the packages being delivered on the next business day. This service comes with delivery confirmation number and insurance up to $100.
UPS Ground – UPS’s standard package service. Delivery can take up to a week, depending on your location. This service comes with delivery confirmation number.
UPS 3 Day Select - UPS 3 Day Select offers the ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery. As the name suggests, UPS delivers these packages within 3 days. This service comes with delivery confirmation number.
UPS 2nd Day Air – UPS delivers packages sent with this service by the end of the second business day. This service comes with delivery confirmation number. UPS advises that certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require some additional delivery time.
UPS Next Day Saver – If you need next day delivery and would like to use UPS services, this shipment option is for you. It comes with free delivery confirmation service. Once again, UPS advises that there might be some delay with delivery to certain locations in Hawaii and Alaska.
International Shipping
USPS Economy Parcel / Letter Post – This is the cheapest USPS International service you can get. Delivery will take around 4 to 6 weeks depending on your location and sometimes might take even longer. There is no delivery confirmation or insurance with this type of service. Economy Letter Post can be used for packages that weight less then 3lbs, otherwise Parcel Post must be used.
USPS Airmail Parcel / Letter Post – This is our suggested method of shipment overseas because it’s relatively inexpensive and delivery usually takes around 2 weeks (depending on your location it can be a bit faster or slower). This service comes with no delivery confirmation or insurance.
USPS Global Express Mail – If you need a fast delivery, this is a way to go. This service comes with a price tag, but delivery will take around 1 week or so. In addition to quick delivery, this service comes with $100 insurance and a tracking number (please check with your local postal service if they allow tracking, otherwise you might be able to track package only on its US part of the way).
Return Policy
We would like our customers to be satisfied with the products they bought. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the package and we will either refund or give you a store credit. Items MUST be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Please keep in mind, we should not be held responsible for any damage done by shipping services. All of our packages are shipped in corrugated boxes / padded envelopes and some kind of cushion material for added protection at no additional cost to you.
Damaged Products
In an unlikely case you will receive an item with manufacturer’s defects or damage, please let us know and we will help you out straightening things out. Depending on manufacturer’s policy, we will either provide you with manufacturer’s contact information or we will handle the process of replacing damaged item for you ourselves.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit card types (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Ordering from our site is not only easy, but is also secured as all of the sensitive information is encrypted and transferred through secure servers.
If you are paying with a credit card, we will authorize your card to make sure you have enough balance for the purchase. We will charge your card ONLY after the product is shipped. This way you will never have to pay for items that we cannot either ship to you or if item is not in stock.
You can also purchase from us using your PayPal account. It’s easy, secure and will not cost you anything extra.
US buyers also have an option to buy from us using any officially issued money order (USPS, MoneyGram, Western Union) Upon placing an order, we will reserve an item for you – you then have 7 days to get the money order to us. If we won’t receive your payment within 7 days, we will make reserved item available for purchase to other buyers.
