What in the world are "Viking Bucks"?
"Viking Bucks" are our way to reward our customers. They work similar to various "Flying Miles" used by many credit card companies today. Every time you buy a product from us, we give you a certain amount of Viking Bucks, which can be later used to buy products from our store. Current conversion rate is 2%, which means that 200 Viking Bucks equal to $2. You can collect enough Viking Points to completely cover the cost of your purchase! Several rules apply to how you can collect and spend Viking Points:
You will earn Viking Bucks for every purchase you made.
If you choose to use your Viking Bucks to completely or partially cover the cost of your purchase, no Viking Bucks will be earned for this purchase.
Viking Bucks can be used to only cover the cost of the goods. Viking Bucks cannot be applied to shipping and taxes.

Calculated shipping price vs. actual shipping price.
We try to charge for actual shipping only, however it is not always possible to make calculated shipping price equal the actual shipping price. The reason for this is a total weight of the package. Due to the current USPS limitations, the minimum weight it accepts is 1 ounce. However some small items, specifically some of those you will find in our "Loose Gear" sections, might weight less then this. We are forced to calculate shipping of the item using default 1 ounce. This is not much of an issue when you buy one or two small items, but when you have a big "Loose Gear" order, calculated price will be higher then the actual one. We never charge customers before item is shipped, so when money are captured after item is sent and we already know actual shipping price, your order total amount will be reduced to reflect actual shipping cost.

Pre-orders
A lot of customers have been asking us when we will charge them for their pre-orders. It is against US laws for online companies to charge people money before they ship customers goods out. We will charge money only after product is on hand and was shipped to you. However after you place an order, we will automatically authorize your payment and money might appear as unavailable for your use (depending on your credit card company's policies). Rest assured, we will charge your credit card only after your order is shipped.
When placing pre-orders, please do not combine several different pre-ordered items into one order or mix in-stock items with items that are on pre-order, unless you want us to send your order all at once. Different companies have different estimates on when they plan to have products available for customers. Some companies are on time with most of their releases, others are known for delays - even though it might appear that all items will be available for sale at around the same time, it's not always the case. If you do happen to pre-order several items in one order and then changed your mind and want to split them up, please do not hesitate to email or call us.
